"If I could give no stars at all I would Martha made my stay at king wood hard and the experience was terrible me and my family were staying here for over a year and she came to the room requesting to come in and check I did not tell her she couldn't come in but I asked for time to get me and my family dressed and she said no and I told her again also I was not dressed myself and came to the door out of courtesy she said let me in now or you need to leave and she forced the door behind me huting my hand then she went down stairs and called the police to come put us out as me and my Family were not allowed to get our own things she stood in the hall laughing and talking in Spanish tho it was not a funny matter she also requested that we don't return she put us in a hardship with no place to go and when I asked her also why was she charging my card without asking because she would lock me out of my account when she did so she responded that she doesn't have to tell me anything I asked for corporate to contact me and for their information I did not receive it they have a nice manager there his name is mr.alex but she waited for him to be gone to do what she did I would like a refund of some sort can corporate contact me asap this was not right"

"Great rooms. Great GM. Horrible staff. Staff lacks diversity. They use profanity in another language. Worst of all is the attitude of the a woman named Martha. She is in need of the last of the last word no matter how big or small the issue. Also, her top lip his a little irritation I'm concerned about .Without her the Hotel would be great. Also the maintenance man is very passive agressive. He knows English but acts like he doesn't. His stomach is always poking from under his shirt ,and he is not a male dancer. His pants are very tight as well."

"They are good people and they do their absolute best to accommodate with what they have to offer. I personally feel like these bad reviews are by ornery people who are expecting 5-star luxury hotel service. They offer fair rates and their service exceeds those rates. Best bang for your bucks in the area. Thanks to the K.W.E.S.A staff!"
