"This was my first order from this florist and it will be my last. I picked an arrangement for my sister-in-laws funeral from the many options posted. Even picked out one noted as a “best seller”. When I arrived at the funeral home and saw what was delivered, I was very disappointed. It was mostly “filler”. My understanding was that this Telefloral arrangement was basically a kit that the florist assembled. I know that with everything since Covid, there may be some items or flowers not available. I would have understood had that been the case and I had been told such. No, just robbed on the end product. It was pretty enough to serve it’s purpose, but failed to meet my expectations for what it cost."
