"This company takes your money, does half the job and then when you question them, they block your number. Scam artists!"

"If I could leave zero stars here, I would. This “company” told me they could come out, compact and flatten the sand under my pool, and that it would be warrantied! They basically came out, got the check and left me with half the parts missing to my pool FRAME, and the ground no better than before they started! I have contacted them MULTIPLE times, everytime Sean and a woman promising a return phone call to get me my refund, and then suddenly my number as well as my husband’s are both suddenly blocked. They owe me $990. We tried to cancel the check but they left my home and ran straight to a bank before I realized what had even happened. Absolutely do not recommend these guys. We tried to give them SO many chances to just do the right thing before resorting to this.. and now, we have a lawyer involved so we can get our money back. Terrible business! Avoid at absolutely all costs!!"

"I asked this company to winterize my pool and the fountain outside my house. The maintenance tech, Sean, gave me a date for closing the fountain and went MIA. I called the company many times over two months, with no luck. Someone eventually told me he was busy being a new dad. Meanwhile, we were getting Into freezing weather, and I was really worried about the pipelines and the fountain cracking up. He eventually came, and told me he had winterized it and collected $268 fo the job. When I went out later, I noticed that the motor was still on and the fountain was full of pooled water. I texted him, again no response. I eventually called another company who told me that nothing had been done. They shut off the water valves and did the job. Beware of this company and this tech!"
