"The rooms are nice and spacious, they look like they've been updated recently. The grounds are clean as well. The customer service is lacking. The woman at the front desk is rude. I came to ask a question and she came to the front with a frustrated countenance, as if I inconvenienced her. How you treat any customer this way is beyond me, because if there are no customers there is no business! Be more respectful to all and humble yourself."

"Very rude! And dirty Stayed 2 nights bed sheets were dirty , towels were dirty And then had construction above us banging since 7 am and would not give a refund after being told they would Horrible horrible service !!!! Bed bugs also And couch has literal cum stains"
