"AWFUL experience! I was told during my workout that “not to get any more weight) in a gym with 15 others at the time, as I listened and said “that’s fine” another one of the wokers came over staring at my weights for me to “immediately pick up” I told him that I was told to “no more weight” and I NEVER added another. As I grab my curl bar to put away what I was using the “Manager” and the boy walked up to the weights I was using and starting putting them away because I wasn’t “immediately” putting it all away……. I wish the staff was trained in communicating to paying clients that’s “don’t do that anymore” after that was said the manager told me and then threatening me to CANCEL my membership as I wasn’t listening to direct orders. I felt singled out and part of a “bad mood night” by management pushing ego over client communication and saying he’ll cancel my membership next time I come in. I would NOT recommend this place but I’ll keep going. The “manager” on duty days (it’s my word against yours) when I let them know about a review and that I expect EVERYONE to get told to put their weights away if they have more than one set. Just VERY unprofessional in the way I was heard to why I wouldn’t be heard with “my word against yours” and threatening to cancel a paying member. If I put that weight away all at once and dropped it because of the “immediate not communicated request” I’d definitely have to make some calls as the manager didn’t care about a bad review from bad communication and disciplinary action by the staff. Wish they get trained in handling situations like this to prevent customer dissatisfaction from paying members threatened on “cancelled memberships by the manager for not obliging immediately” unprofessional to say the least."

"BAD EXPERIENCE! I am NEVER a person to write reviews about a facility but I feel to be treated unprofessionally and not emotionally by the staff meant for a good over all experience. . I had a few weight for sets and after the “manager” for the night said I had too much weight for reps with a slow night and 20% capacity. He said “no more weight” I said ok, to set up the weight. After his employee walked up to me to set all the weights down “right now” I grabbed the curl bar to finish (as I had to set them up set by set) They both walked up and grabbed all my weights as I’m setting the curl bar down to make it a point they meant “right here right now” with my first time hearing I can’t have “more than two weights As I’m talking to the “manager” at the counter he says he can cancel my membership at any time if I don’t like it it’s his word against mine. I NEVER write reviews but the Power grab of “set all your weight down tight now in a gym that’s slow while employees grab my workout was a VERY “Un professional way of doing business” I told them I’ll be coming back until they kick me out and expect everyone to get the same treatment since we can’t do more than one set of weights”. He said I he’ll cancel my membership because of me being upset but it’s all on cameras just very unprofessional,"

"P I’ve been going to this gym for two years very clean I would say 95% of the machines work at all times the weights are in the right places. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when you need them in the bathrooms are clean."

"Good facility but whoever designed these roofing for water fountains is a potential hazard to hit your head if you’re tall, have to watch everytime . Never seen this any other planet fitness"
