"I went to purchase an Escobar here. Before walking out, i took a puff and told the young lady it tasted burnt out. She informed me it supposed to taste that way because they have multiple customers to get the same kind and they keep a fresh stock. I left and drove back to austin and couldn’t take the taste anymore and it burned my throat. I went back, she admitted that it did smell burnt and wouldn’t let me even exchange it, and made me just buy another. And exactly a day later, the second one i bought tastes the same. Horrible experience here"

So who ever gave you the name "Christian" was an owner or another employee. If you spoken to the owner(s) or employee and still felt a need to leave a review speaks wonders on their ability to deescalate situations. As far as knowledge "Christian" had enough knowledge to run both stores, triple sales and be at the owners call 24/7. Even promoting him. Again if he was, who you said .. speaks wonders on the owner(s). Again I call bull, out of hundreds of clients.. you are the only one who knows him by "Christian" .
