"I was extremely anxious going in yesterday, because as I've just recently turned 21, I've never been in a smoke shop before. I probably sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before mustering the courage to finally go in. They were very helpful, and while I felt a little awkward, they were patient and kind and gave me a little rundown on the pre rolls they had. I bought the two in the photo, and as I left they asked me to let them know what I thought. The ones on the left weren't my favorite, but that could've been because they're Sativa (which I forgot to check before purchasing) and I'm not a big fan of Sativa. They smelled fine, tasted a little weird and burned way too fast for my liking. The ones on the right, however were significantly better (and if I'm not mistaken, they were about half the price). They smelled exactly like fruity pebbles, burned at just the right speed for me, and didn't taste bad at all. They're also covered in kief, which I've never had before. Kinda made my fingers sticky, but nothing some hand soap couldn't fix."
"Was recommended one of the new items 1-13, tried to return it 1-15 due to the item being defective, was told they could only give a 20% discount off the same item because the employee offered her employee discount. I will not buy from this place again. I was charged $65 for the Mellow Fellow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR PRODUCTS because you go in there and spend your hard earned money just to get a defective product."
