"The rudest staff at this location!!! I used to get good care here but clearly I’m not welcomed here. Care does not start once you see the Doctor or Nurse it starts with the front line, the persons who takes the call. Showing respect and compassion especially when people are not well. From the person over-the-phone to the red-headed young lady with the ring in her nose was very cold and inconsiderate!!! I’m done here. If you have never been, do yourself a favor and make a u-turn!!"

"I was having body aches, fever, headaches, loss of appetite....So I decided that was time to get checked out for the flu. I was able to get a same day appointment and was seen promptly. I've got tested and the results were online within a couple of hours. The doctor that I've seen was courteous and compassionate. I was also able to get the medicine that I needed. Thank you ARC."

"Absolutely the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. They don’t care about you or you’re well being at all. I have had insurance and NOT had insurance. They were willing to JUMP THROUGH HOOPS. When i had insurance! (which I’ve had consecutively for 10 years up until 2023) But when you don’t, they could care less about you. These people and this company are ONLY in it for the money. If you care about your health. Do NOT come here. I recommend dr.king on cypress creek Blvd in cedar park Texas."

"Billing team doesn’t use the proper billing codes as per the medical policy. Shared the Medical Policy and Diagnostic Laboratory Services documentation multiple times and wrote email through my chart but no proper response and keep sending the outstanding bill. Spoke to the billing team 3 times about the same issue and get an answer we will talk to senior billing team and get back to you. No follow up after that. Following up about this issue from last 3 months."

"It is unfortunate that this place has some good pediatricians, but as bussines, this is a SCAM. Got invoice month ago to pay $20 and went to pay online and no balance to pay. Ignored it, thinking it was a mistake until 2 days ago that I got the invoice again, and the same thing was no balance. Spend today 1 hour waiting on call, and they told me indeed I have to pay $20, which I did. Apparently, there is an issue in the system. Got back home and got a threatening letter from ARC. If I don't pay $20 in 10 days, they will send me to collections. I know for all of us parents, our kids' health is most important, but I would not recommend this place to anyone because of my experience with business, not a doctor. Doctors should find better clinic to work for and not this that place ruins their reputation because of their bussines practice."
