"Great experience at the location on 38th St. I had to get an MRI and the scheduler was friendly even though I had to reschedule multiple times due to being sick. The staff at this location were friendly and welcoming.The tech made me feel comfortable and relaxed as I was super anxious about getting an MRi. Would highly recommend them to anyone. It’s a very clean facility."

"The front desk customer service experience fell short in professionalism, lacking in a courteous and friendly demeanor. Any kind of empathy was notably absent with a need for your staff to demonstrate an overall deeper understanding of customer concerns. Communication could benefit as clarity and attentiveness was lacking. Background, I did my due diligence and called the office prior to the appointment to get the insurance codes for my procedures. I was told that my out of pocket expense would by approximately $700, but to check with insurance company and if they said otherwise, all i needed to provide during my appointment was the Insurance representative name and call reference number and Touchstone would honor what was relayed.. Of course, my insurance stated the procedures were 100% covered because they fell in the x-ray category and there would be no out of pocket expense. Upon arrival, I attempted to relay this information, but instantly the reception became argumentative. "You did not call us back with the insurance call reference number". I'm giving it to you now, can you double check for me? "Looks like it's $700 out of pocket, you'll have to leave if you don't want to pay". Back and forth, even with me literally getting on the phone at the desk with the insurance company, again validating the codes as well as your specific facility, she was not interested in checking any further. I do understand that we all have a job, but acknowledging customer concerns with genuine understanding and providing clear, helpful information can significantly elevate the level of service of you facility."
"Absolutely horrible experience. Just like others have commented, their billing process is unclear/communicated incorrectly, and the front desk staff were condescending and rude. They never apologized for their mistakes (incorrect information about pricing and insurance communication) or the front desk’s attitude. If I could give it less than one star I would."
