"I am experiencing an extremely difficult time trying to make an callback diagnostic mammogram. After they sent me a letter reminder me about this very important exam they cannot seem to locate the two referrals my doctor sent them. The office staff seems horrifically incompetent and unhelpful."

"Went for a mammogram. The space was clean, and the staff was friendly. I hate appointments that make you wait over an hour to be seen. They fudged the print out and said I was seen 40 minutes before I really was. I didn't get to see the sheet until I was leaving. After waiting for an hour, I was brought back to remove my top, and put my things in a bag. I was put into a general room with 5 other women that were also shirtless to wait an additional 15 minutes. My first mammogram, I didn't know this isn't standard procedure. I was so uncomfortable. My mother said she was so sorry to hear this happened to me. Most places leave you to a private room while waiting for the machine, and don't herd you like topless cattle. Edit: Anna from ARA personally reached out to me to express her concern for my comments and rating. I did fail to mention and the review there was a light sheet they had us drape ourselves in, I'm sorry for that. She, and another person in her Department are looking into the issues I have presented. It was interesting to learn that they tried to have it where women could wait in the private rooms, but received complaints from patients on wait times. So they started doing this cattle roundup (my words) as a way to combat this complaint. I appreciate the sincere attempt to address my issues with the process."
