"Trying to keep it as respectful as can be. I felt like I was in a trap house. You pay over $100 or might get a deal off of Travelvelocity, but I wouldn't have taken that deal if I had known. I wouldn't recommend this place, to somebody on the run. They had roaches big and small all over the place, I stayed up all night holding myself like I was in a scary movie or captured by the cartel, The tub looked like it came out of an abandoned building, and the wall had food on them, the beds had human hair, dog hair and dirt in them, when I pulled the covers back, it had a molded mildewed dirty showers. I have all my receipts for my stay at the WoodSpring extended stay hotel. I would go to the police station, the hospital, or stay in my car if this was the only thing available very unsanitary. People also walk with their big dogs and I encountered three that were a little untamed. What is the world coming to this building needs to be condemned and rebuilt. This is a $30 hotel or should be a shelter for homeless people to stay off the and/or stay warm!!!!! on a positive note, I encountered the NIGHT receptionist and the day receptionist and they both were polite, nice, and helpful. I salute them for the stuff they have to go through. The owner should be ashamed…Ashamed of himself or herself."

"Ran into a issue with my apartment not being move in ready and had to stay here for the past 3 weeks. Issac the hotel manager did a great job of accommodating me and my family and making this stressful time better for us. Every issue got addressed ASAP and in a timely fashion, had an issue with our first room and got moved no question asked. Microwave went out and had a new one within 20 minutes, heater stopped working and had a new replacement the next morning, I really appreciated how he addressed and dealt with us as humans and not just another paying customer. If I ever need to go through this situation again I’d definitely recommend coming back to this location…."

"Absolutely terrible everything seemed okay check in was easy. The room seemed clean enough by first glance. So I was satisfied at first. I'm in the room by myself and watched TV for a couple hours after I got in the room. I then decided it was time for bed and discovered that there was blood on my sheets. I first called the website that I booked through to let them know and they transferred me to the front desk because they couldn't do anything, after calling 3 times with no answer. I pretty much gave up and used my own sheets. Try to go down to the front desk The following morning and was told " we don't do anything before we open if you come back after 9:00 I'll give you more sheets" now considering the fact that 24-hour service is advertised that seemed crazy to me. I went back at 9:15 and was told "well since you're only staying one night it doesn't really matter right, You could have just left them in the room". I asked if there was any kind of compensation or credit that I could receive for it whether I'm leaving or not, I was told no because she's not the manager. I would have to come back on Monday. (2days) to speak to one. Luckily I recorded everything and have it timestamped. This is absolutely outrageous it's disgusting and this place should be held accountable. They really don't care, so don't expect to be treated like a person."

"I have been here going on 6 months now. Would like to point out a few things from previous comments. The manager and staff have always been fair with us. They have been great to be around. The manager in particular may seem no nonsense and stern but he has always looked out for us doing everything in his ability to make sure we are as safe as possible. The staff at the front desk have always been polite and nice to me. The cleaning crew does an amazing job. I saw mention of "No fire alarms in the building" Are you kidding? Every room has one and EVEN IF they didn't the hallway alarms are very loud, enough to wake anyone. This place may not be for everyone, to each their own. But from my personal experience it has been a great place to stay."
