Hyatt Place San Antonio Airport/Quarry Market

"Great Customer Service! Devon goes the extra mile. Also, my Suburban broke down, blocking one of the entrances of the hotel. It took 3 hours for AAA tow truck to arrive. Devon at the hotel was patient & very calming. When in San Antonio, this is the place to stay! GREAT location close to Airport, Downtown, Quarry Market & near Loop 410 & Hwy 281. Very reasonable room rates, too!"

"very nice staff from check-in through the 5am shuttle ride to the airport. However, the hotel is a bit old and dated and both my husband and I had one of the worst nights sleep ever :-(. The AC unit (one of those old-school ones that is a big unit in the room where you lift up the lid to adjust the controls) vibrated SOOOO loudly that it wasn't possible to sleep - even with earplugs. Additionally, as others have mentioned, the road noise (and gas station next door) also adds to the noise factor. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunately and I'm a loyal Hyatt customer."

"Wonderful stay at Hyatt Place the night before our flight. Staff was very kind and courteous and attended to our every need. The hotel is clean and the room we got was very spacious. Breakfast was great too. They serve starbucks for an extra cost too. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Will be my number one Hyatt spot in San Antonio."

"Stayed using points. From check-in to check-out everyone at the front desk was quite welcoming. The airport shuttle was convenient and the complimentary short-distance shuttle was a nice touch. The chauffeur Roland was a delight. Booked a standard king and was upgraded to a king suite. Breakfast was tasty. Boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, tortillas, fruits, breads, cereals. Tables and chairs in the breakfast area were constantly being cleaned. All around an excellent stay!"

"Rooms were great and clean. A/C was COLD and the breakfast bar was by far the best. It was kept hot and things weren’t just heated up. For example, the sausage were toasty and the potatoes were crispy. The staff kept up so it was always filled. The service there was excellent. We will be staying there again."
