"It’s unacceptable for lab results to take 3 weeks or more to be complete. I needed these results for my prescriber to continue my medication. Because of the extended wait on bloodwork, I’ve run out of medication which caused me to feel ill for a couple days and have my blood pressure dangerously high. Cannot get in touch with anyone. I filled out a “request lab results” form when the results are considered late. And that request has been processing for 2 more weeks. No communication from Quest on when to expect the results. Ridiculous."

"I visited Quest at 106 W. Bay Area Blvd Suite A, Webster, TX 77598. Ragan Room #9 was great. She was able to find a vein in my elbow when no one else has been able to do it for years."

"I will never be a fan of the self check in experience. But the staff in the back was absolutely incredible. My 15 yr old had been having blood work since birth and from other traumatic experience is absolutely terrified of the process. I can't thank yall enough for being so caring and patient! It wasn't easy but yall was very professional. Have never received such compassion at other locations. Thank you thank you thank you!"

"My first time coming to this laboratory. The lobby is clean and pleasant, but when they call you, the person who assisted me, Shada, was rude! She doesn’t smile, and her attitude wasn’t very helpful. Sometimes, I wonder why some people work with such a bad mood! It seems like they didn’t receive love at home when they were kids! If they don’t like working or think they’re having a bad day, it’s not the fault of the people they serve! I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they conduct a review or intensive customer service training!"
