"Had trouble ordering on line it took for6to get my order processed I never got an email that my order was ready to pick up but got an email that it was canceled the store on dixie hwy said it would take two hours and it took 3 days so I went to st mathews store and then that got canceled and both stores had what I wanted I went to each store and took it to the front counter I called the toll free number to find out why my order was canceled and they were of no help and the toll free didn't answer the phone for 3 days"

"Pretty cool store with lots of fun big anamatronics. Costumes are a little on high side, but it is a temporary stand alone store so that is just how it has to be to support. They have coupons on the counter for nice size discount, but we didn't see them until after the purchases. Could have saved more if I would have noticed them. Keep your eyes open at checkout."
