"Some employees TRY to be nice but others are rude. I was offered a fitting room to hold items I wanted to try on. I told employee my name which it was written incorrectly on board on the door. Next customer was offered a fitting room but she was ask how to spell her name and it was a simple name just like mind. Yes, same employee in both situations."
"Terrible customer service. I tried to exchange a Christmas present with a gift receipt (jacket) for a size that fit in a different color. Although the jackets were all the same price, she said I could only do an exchange for the same color (they did not even have that color in my size). I have shopped there for many years but will not shop there again. The really infuriating thing is that the lady who made this decision seemed quite pleased with her "loop hole" that enabled her to treat long-time customers (myself and the person who purchased the gift for me) so poorly."
"I have shopped at Chico’s for years. This location is close to my home. So, I visit the Paddock Shops location on a regular basis. I have my favorites that I know I can always find at Chico’s. If I purchase online and have to return something to a local Chico’s, I am always treated just as great as if I had purchased it from them locally. I have always found their staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful."
