"Horrible customer interaction. Tried to convince me to throw my jacket away rather than clean it. Then tried to convince me leather cleaning was going to be too costly. Informed me I would be called when my jacket was ready. Was chided when I called 2 weeks later to check on the progress as it was a leather item and would take an unknown time to clean. 4 months later, I call due to not ever receiving communication. "My jacket would have been discarded at the 6 month mark. It was ready months ago." The excuse for not calling me as stated twice previously was , "They are short staffed and didn't follow normal procedure." I got my jacket back. I will not return."
