"It is astounding that this office has such terrible billing personnel in this time we live in. I received the statement in the mail and paid it asap. Two days later they sent another bill stating I owed the same balance. The billing system needs to be updated to reflect payment has been made as soon as it is submitted online. We are not in the snail mail age anymore. Everything can be automated and with all new medical billing and information being uploaded to a portal this should NEVER happen. If this is not the issue and it is still being posted by an individual, they should find someone who is capable of handling such a simple job of confirming payment has been submitted and posted onto the patient's account. This is a simple data entry job that can be replaced by AI if the employees are unable to accomplish. And if it is the system the company representing the pathology associates need to invest into updated software instead of killing a bunch of trees sending out unnecessary final notice of turning the patient into a collection agency even though the bill was paid. I am sure they do not read these based on all of the other one star reviews. Maybe it will help the next individual that receives a fraudulent bill."

"This is a scam. I’ve already paid this bill but it keeps sending me mails saying I haven’t and it always says final notice even though it had sent me this mail at least 20 times. I would give this a 0 stars if I could."

"If I could 0 stars I would. Got a bill 11 months after a procedure. Called CPA to inquire about it. Had to leave a message & was never called back. Called them about 2 weeks later & asked why I'm receiving a bill 11 mo later out of the blue. Representative said to check my EOB with the insurance company. As I'm waiting to get one mailed I receive a FINAL NOTICE saying after repeated requests for payments they will turn me over to a collection agency. Since when is 1 attempt now repeated attempts. Called today & the representative took 5 attempts to get my cc correct. Wanted to argue with me & said it was my insurances fault I'm getting a FINAL NOTICE. Every unfavorable review of this company is true. ***** Update on 5/25/23. I have made monthly payments to this company because I figure I jolly well can if they waited a year to send me a bill. I have 1 more payment left & just got a final notice from them. If I don't pay in 10 days they are turning me over to collection agency. Not to mention but my statement was incorrect that omitted my April payment. Why would someone send a final notice when a customer has paid every month? After this payment, I am saying "Bye Felicia" !!"

"Wow. I have had the exact same experience as the above reviews. no bill, just a letter from a collections agency. Their website looks very amateur-ish, the bill said that $775 has been paid on my bill already but I still owe a small amount. There has been no claim on my insurance by this company, so I think this is false."
