"Will not purchase jewelry from here again. I had my engagement ring for two months before a diamond fell out and then out the year mark of having it the ring band broke completely. When I took into Kay’s to have it fixed my concerns about the quality seemed to be ignored."

"Horrible experience!!! Morganite setting the main stone kept falling out (twice) they fixed it only after my husband went in and told them how to fix it. Had warranty and KEPT up with it. My last inspection was January 2023 went in had it cleaned and inspected. Some how it was never recorded that I was there. Fast forward 6 months July 2023 go in to have my ring inspected and they tell me I’m out of warranty after they see I have 4 small diamonds missing. Called customer care explained the situation and I was told it’s my problem not there’s. I also explained that not one person still worked there, either quit or was fired so no one to say they saw me. Will NEVER buy from Kay’s again!"

"Me and my husband went to Kay's to get a new wedding set. Tricia, the manager their was very helpful and showed us many different sets. She is very patient and knowledgeable with all different types of jewelry. For now on, Tricia will be our go to for jewelry!! She deserves all the praise!"

"I had lots of problems with my wedding ring and they helped me to trade in for one that was apparently of lesser value and the center diamond had many inclusions in it. Definitely lower quality. They would not give me a refund so I settled for less. now the second ring has same issues and I went today to talk to someone again and they were closed. Apparently they had a robbery and not open. Store looks like it is shut down. I will now be driving over an hour to another store to see if they can rectify the issues with this other ring."
