"We had a great experience, great location right next to the river board walk and close to the Alamo. We got the 2 rooms condo and it was Amazing, the bedrooms were clean, a full kitchen and table for 6 with a large living room. It was perfect for 2 couples, the service was great and you need a key or code to enter the building.We are definitely staying again. The only problem is that they dont have parking, you will have to pay for a public parking."

"The room was like a cute studio apt. It's right by the river walk, and within walking distance to the Alamo and the Towers of the Americas. A short drive to the zoo and caves with no name(so cool!). We only had a little problem when they told us we could get into our room at 3, but we couldn't get in until 4:30. Parking is also a pain! We parked a block away for only $10 every 24 hrs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and it's a great place to stay!"

"I've lived here for about 3 years now. I recently moved into a new unit and Nydia made it super easy to move in and was upfront about all the cost and schedule date for a move in. She's stayed on top of keeping me informed and having 2 kids it was extremely helpful. They always go above for me I appreciate it. Yvonne also, she's always in such a great mood and everytime I see her she's always brightening my day with simple gestures and a small conversation. I'm pretty happy to call this place home. Great location, good rates and amazing staff."

"I was looking for apartments close to my classes, and this place was perfect. Just a block away, a very safe neighborhood, great retro vibes in the building, and a lot of the equipment recently got upgraded. I also needed the apartment quickly, and Nydia (the manager) showed me the apartment, told me about promotions, and drew up all the papers on the same day. She's incredibly responsive by phone, and has been helpful throughout the whole process. One minor thing is that since the office is closed on the weekends, FedEx had issues delivering my bed on a Saturday (but this is more on FedEx, since they didn't even attempt to contact me on my own phone. Assuming they tried reaching the leasing office.)."
