"Big rooms with plenty of space to relax. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Close to a shopping center and an HEB . Font desk staff friendly and always a smile and greeting when you come in or are going out. Will stay here on our next visit to San Antonio."

"The room was a dust bowl, very dusty and dirty. Walking in at night with the dim lighting I was not able to notice. I woke up at 6am with a sinus headache. I open the blinds that had holes in them - the natural lighting helped discover the built up dust on the air conditioner controls, on all the furniture, behind the head board, and under the bed (there was hair, paper and alot of dust balls). The natural lighting also discovered the restroom and front door had food driiping sibstance imbedded onto the surface. Also, noticed the wall paper begining to separate from the walls. While attempting to make coffee (it was filled with old coffee grinds and dust) decided not to have coffee.. I intentionally did not stay for breakfast, if their rooms are dirty I did not want to imagine how their kitchen prep area is kept. I decided to voice my disappointment to the manager Jeff, he apologized and provided a 25% discount, he mentioned this was all he was able (allowed) to do. I paid $129 for a fithy room... I regret staying here. I will share my experience with my family, friends, and business associates."

"Place is ok. Doors slam too hard so we kept hearing door slams at midnight. Other opportunity is the parking: Not enough spaces and lot is too dark. Liked that they have complimentary 24 hr coffee service."

"This was a great stay with my family of 5. I can't think of an aspect that needed improvement. Rooms were clean. Includes hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, Texas shaped waffles, oatmeal, and coffee. Cold breakfast included yogurt, cereal, and fruit. I was able to fill up my 16 oz personal coffee cup to go before closing. Free lemon infused water available 24/7. Location was great. There is a HEB right next to it (walking distance) for any forgotten items. Good variety of dining options in the area. We hit up Chuy's and some Mexican restaurant. I found this place through Expedia for $101 a night. Not a bad price to sleep a family of 5! I strongly recommend this place and we'll definitely stay here again in the future!"
