Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport

"I had the do not disturb sign on my door, yet they came into the room anyway while I was gone. BIG no no. I was debating on whether i should leave my laptop but im glad i didnt. And even though they were in the room they didn't refill the hair conditioner. Why even come into the room (which is a huge privacy violation) and then not do it properly? The pool also wasn't open due to construction and the front lobby was closed so we had to go in the back door."

"We travel a lot as a family for kids swimming meets. Everyone liked breakfast here, so we decided to give it a try. Weekdays breakfast starts at 6am, early enough for swimmers that have 7am warmup. Weekend breakfast starts at 7:30am, a bit late for the swimming competition travelers. The omelet Chef was a grumpy guy. No smile at all. The kids were intimidated by him, they were afraid to order food. I hope it will be a different person during the weekend, fingers crossed! We love our 1K + 2 Dbl suites. It is really 2 rooms with 3 doors. Each suite has a door, then one more door to the hallway, there's a 2x6 mini hallway just for us. Other families complain about echo noise with their regular suite. Once we close both doors to the hallway, it is very quiet."

"Very convenient to the airport, the shuttles were a plus. Staff was amazing. Loved the bar/restaurant. Rooms were Super clean, and spacious. Only thing I wish was different, is the furniture & rooms needing a little upgrade. But would definitely stay again."

"I've stayed here twice in the last month. It's an old school Embassy Suites and that's a good thing! The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast buffet with made to order omelet station is nice, but I had trouble waking up to the smell at 6 am when I stayed directly above the omelet station! It's overwhelming! The front desk staff was pretty awful this time... not rude, just disconnected and impersonal. The first time the front desk agent that checked us in sent me a text to make sure we had what we needed. Not this time. The maid service was nice and friendly and always came back to clean our room even when we left late. Nice and clean and left extra towels. I love the rooms because they are true suites. Two separate rooms with the sitting area in front, the bathroom in-between that, and the bedroom with a door to close off the front room. It's nice when you have a teenager to put on the sofa. So many hotels have "suites" that are one room with a sitting area and bedroom all together. Those aren't suites! The lobby and dining areas are immaculate other than the damage to the ceiling, which I assume they're fixing. The location is pretty perfect by the airport and easy access to 410 and 281. If you're in a room with a window facing north, you get a great view if you enjoy watching planes land and take off (there's very little plane noise). Overall, I enjoy this hotel and will continue to stay here since I visit San Antonio frequently."

"OUTSTANDING service, clean room and delicious food! There was a big school group here and I heard nothing in my room at all. The kids were very polite and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous! I ate at 0730 and toured San Antonio all day without stopping for food. I enjoyed the cold beer and airport shuttle too. Come here and enjoy your stay in Texas!"
