"Came here about 3 months ago, me and my girlfriend came in looking to have a cigar, the guy running things there was very friendly and very helpful but the lady that worked there had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in, once we were all set and the guy helped us light our cigars I asked him what the private lounge was about, and he explained and told me if we wanted to we could go in there and smoke since it was a quiet night, we walked in and the same lady treated us as if we were trash and escorted us out rudely, that left a sour taste in our mouths, we quickly smoked our cigars while the lady kept looking over at us with a bad attitude. If it were just the guy there that night I’m sure our experience would’ve been 10/10 but that lady that works there is awful. Take your business elsewhere, you’re not missing out on much at all."
