"Their hot water goes out every 2 minutes. And whenever there is hot water it’s more like warm water. The hotel was fully booked but that’s not a reason for undersizing the water heater!"

"First time staying here and this place was very nice and customer service was awesome .We checked in and the lady in the front, very friendly .This place was in a good location to the places we needed to go.Had a good breakfast and very clean area where the breakfast was.The beds were comfortable and also had a big TV to watch.The restroom had the soap and body wash on the wall, ready to go. Very nice place and we will be back again"

"I spent multiple week visits over a two month period. The rooms were always very clean. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. If I wanted something, extra pillow, towel, etc., they were quick to help. Breakfast was mostly very good but a couple times it wasn't perfect. They vary between eggs, bacon or sausage or Canadian bacon. Waffles, oatmeal and mostly not sweet breads like bagels and the like . They have security and it made us feel safe. My wife and I will definitely return here in the future."

"First night there was a disaster. Four busloads of high school band students arrived around 10:00 pm and the noise didn't die down until around 1:00 - 1:30 am. The rooms are about what you'd expect for the price, but the location was good for us (being near the medical center). The best part about this place was the staff, they did a great job (except for the impossible job of controlling the kids). Beds were okay, not real comfortable, but good enough to get a pretty good night's sleep. Asked for some extra pillows which never got delivered, but got them with no problem at the desk. Easy to hear people in the adjacent rooms, but the second night was much better with the kids gone. I wish all hotels would put a sign with 'Rules of Good Hotel Courtesy' like not talking loudly in the hallway at midnight, turning your TV up to 90 decibels, slamming your door at 5 am, etc...."

"Great stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated comfortable. Staff is nice. TV has Netflix and room had everything I needed. Only issue is the bathroom floors were dirty."
