"We sent the patient for labs - only a few of the labs were done and they claimed they never received the other lab orders which were all sent at the same time/day. The patient will now have to come back to repeat the labs. Very frustrating."

"After waiting 4 business days for results, I asked My urgent care for the number to the lab to talk to them directly. The woman on the phone was SO rude and impatient. I paused while giving her my address to give her time to type, and she yelled at me “OK AND?? HOUSTON, TX COME ON FINISH.” Trying to confirm my email was a nightmare because every time she repeated my email she said the name “Robertson” which is not my name. When I asked Her to spell what she had to confirm accuracy, she literally screamed at me and said she was saying it correctly and if it’s wrong it’s my fault. I’ve been very sick and not in a good place, so this treatment compounded everything. On top of that, I saw In the date that they had my lab results ready for two days and never contacted the urgent care. I wouldnt Have my results if I didn’t call."

"Horrific!!!!! If you are trying to get Covid 19 testing in Houston, before you choose a testing center (Doctor’s Office, Urgent Care, etc.) MAKE SURE TO ASK WHICH LAB THEY USE. And if they use Quest, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I am on day 12 of waiting for my test results. My husband got tested on the same day at a place that uses a different lab and he got his results back 4 days ago. I call the Urgent Care I got tested at daily; still no results from Quest. Today they suggested I called Quest directly. After 45 minutes on hold, I gave up. They are still saying that test results take 3-8 days but that is a LIE. Quest is failing Houston and Houstonians during this desperate time. Avoid Quest at all costs. You’ve been warned."

"Terrible first time I go in I sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Then I get into the testing center and the lady didn't know how to print the sticker they put on the test bottle. The lady in charge checked the nurses test vials and 3 of the 4 where wrong. I end up having to do a 24 hour urine sample and the lady gave me no instructions and then I show up to give them the sample I took and they never gave me papers to fill out with the sample. I also showed up at 7:30 and the receptionist wasn't there to greet anyone. They open at 6:30.... This place is terrible!!!"
