"Sells faulty products, 3 cosmo bars in a row have started auto firing ruining them within the first 50 to 100 puffs out of 5000. Lady on phone just hung up on me after saying write corporate and not even a chance to speak to a manager...rude and unacceptable products and service! EDIT After Owner Response: Wish you would rectify this situation with me as now I'm out money on faulty products you sold me, not just respond with we are fixing the issue. If that's the case then an issue is known and that's even worse. Just too bad for me i guess, huh?"
