"Bought $125 worth of cigars. A few where rare and one was crack which I greed to buy and try to go get it back to normal. Out of the total 10 ish cigars I bough 6 have cracks and most likely won’t be smokable. Super bummed because they are the only place that carries the Caviler brand locally. Will not return here. Staff was nice and did their job, I guess I should have done a better job of cigar inspection next time. Also after the owner responded to this like a child. I emailed him on the side and no response. This is expected from someone who seems defensive about an issue i had at their establishment. Needless to say I will keep shopping local because I like helping the mom and pop shops but this could have been handled different and resolved and changed to a 5 start review. Instead it will stay a 1 due to the lack of professionalism from the owner. Update. Gave this guy another try, sticks are the same. Purchased today. Just lit it up and it crumbles. If you need help with proper humidity control reach out to me and i can walk you through it. 2-9-2024 update. After checking back here, the owner continues to have a lack of knowledge. Of course I won’t return. I’d rather go outside and get a stick from my oak tree. You clearly can’t take constructive criticism. You can’t properly cut a cigar when falls apart In your hands. You can see from the picture it was barely lit when it unraveled from improper storage at your shop."

"Easily-accessible, with convenient parking. I have always received cheerful and responsive customer service here. A respectable volume, range, and quality of inventory is always on-hand, at reasonable prices. There is a small lounge area: seating for maybe 6-8. About the only critique I can think of is the walk-in humidor does feel a bit cramped, but I sure prefer that to a bunch of empty boxes on display!"
