"I understood they were short staffed. Appointment was pushed back by 15 minutes but the Lady who drew my blood made up for it as she was wonderful"

"I just left there and I had an 8:40am appointment through the mobile app. I walked around 8:32am. They were calling names, the room was kinda packed, and the tv monitor to tell which appointment was next was out or down. After a while I noticed it was 8:48 then 8:58am. Commotions started and ppl began to get restless. So a manager came out (I don’t know her name but she was African American w cold black hair and glasses) she was trying to Professionally get everyone under control and rectify the issues and discrepancies about appointments and walkins etc. As she started to take down names a privileged white woman thought she was going to get her high school son in front of everyone in the entire room. Over the younger children and the elderly who already had confirmed appointments! She lied and tried to be rude but the professional manager held her composure and let her know the importance of fairness in this situation. I was still called and everyone accordingly for check ups labs etc. this location is of the best and they truly care about their jobs and are as sweet as they can be! I love coming here!"

"I've used Quest for years for blood tests. The staff are always friendly and excellent, and I've never had a problem. It's best to make an appointment online rather than walking in without one, as the walk ins can have long waiting periods."

"Very slow service, especially for walk in, so it’s best to have an appointment. I waited for 2 hours total before I was finally seen. I checked in as walk in and I waited for what seemed forever, so then I made an appointment, checked in at the kiosk again, but I was still not called. When I asked the employee they said my name wasn’t on the list. How if I checked in twice??? I made a second appointment and it was another 40 minutes after appointment time before being called. Some employees were rude to the elderly. The good thing is a lot of the employees spoke Spanish so they were able to communicate with those that spoke Spanish. The employees were good at taking the samples within no pain so that was also good."

"Absolutely the slowest location in Houston. This is my second and last visit. Appointments are not adhered to and it’s difficult to make an appointment on the app. So basically you need to come in, use the kiosk to book your appointment and then come back. Then wait well past your appointment time. What a waste!"
