Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Six Flags® at The RIM

"I recently stayed at The Courtyard and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the location was ideal for shopping and dining, but on the other hand, there were some issues that affected my stay. Firstly, I must mention that our room was freezing cold. We called the front desk to have the temperature adjusted, but unfortunately, they came to fix it while we were out. Despite their efforts, the room remained uncomfortably cold. To our surprise, the front desk employee admitted that she had never been in a room before and had no idea how to adjust the air. After a series of back-and-forth conversations, the issue was eventually resolved, but it took some time and effort. Another aspect that disappointed me was the cleaning service. We opted for the every other day cleaning option, but our room was only cleaned once on Saturday after we had to flag down the cleaners ourselves. This was not in line with our expectations and left us feeling a bit neglected. Additionally, when we called the front desk to request for toilet paper, we were told that there was only one employee present and they couldn't leave the desk. Hours later, we had to go to the front desk ourselves to retrieve the toilet paper. This lack of prompt assistance was frustrating, especially considering the hotel's reputation. Overall, while The Courtyard offered a convenient location for shopping and dining, the issues with the room temperature, inconsistent cleaning service, and lack of prompt assistance from the front desk were disappointing. I hope that these concerns can be addressed to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests."

"The best place to stay away from city life , quiet and peaceful. Rooms are top notch, food and drinks are awesome. The best bartender in whole city of S.A. SUNNY is awesome , fast , nice and very polite ! She Rocks !!! Very attentive and communicative !!"

"Stayed for the night. I booked 2 queens and they didn't have any available when I got there. Offered a king and a couch pullout which really didn't work for us. The night desk clerk came up with a satisfactory solution so we were pleased. Rooms were clean and in good repair."

"No modern technology to plug your phone in. (Though it's not completely modern to have usb ports) terrible coffee in the rooms. They didn't cancel my previous booking which was unable to be fulfilled, so I was referred to this place instead, which caused a double charge I had to wait to be reimbursed for. Other than that it's ok"

"Im going to start off by saying the only reason i gave it a 4/5 was because of how hot the hallways were and the elevator and also how over priced the food/drinks were. Everything else was perfect. The room was clean, with full sized hair products and body wash. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the outside area the most. The pool set up is perfect & they have a seating area with corn hole & even a fire pit. Very nice and relaxing. The pool at night is lit up gorgeously & open late in my opinion which was even better. I would definitely stay their again & recommend the hotel as well."
