"Worst place to stay at!! Was rudely told that I couldn't have any visitors or guests & then they tried to charge me $50 per person that was in my room & they demanded it in cash"

"Cockroaches everywhere. One walked on my back when i layed in bed. Lizzard entered my room. Hard to communicate manager women which even found it hard to call a taxi for me. Insisting on ridiculous things. Only good thing about this place is the manager man killed the lizzard that entered my room and evacuate cockroach remaining i killed in the shower. Place was SO bad, i had to check out early from checkout time and book another hotel in the city! Oh yeah and the Wifi not working most of the time which caused me many trouble when i just arrived without an american sim"

"The worst price gouging u could think of. We have fallen under domestic violence bcuz of my friends ex an I took her thrr thinking it's an affordable place. Nope wen booked on internet the changed prices an added more then wen we got to property there charging us a check out fee of 20 dollars now I DNT have a car an we stayed 5 nites of gouging us an now I couldn't take my tools an my 50 lbs bag of dog food an so then we called to pay a late fee like she said an then she laughs an changed the story an hungry up on me unprofessional an keeps LIEING no wifi. Bed bugs an all kinds of people doing bad an yet we stayin doors an we r treated like animals.."

"These people are not nice people who own the motel! You feel the hateful energy coming from the other side of the glass! Just unnecessary I wish I never tried to use there services! If you leave a negative review they will not refund you your money! I never even slept there or stayed one night! All I wanted was a refund thru orbit and they told orbit since I left a negative review they were charging me for one day! This is illegal and racist all I want is my money back! After I gave the review they canceled our reservation already paid for by my wife! And said they could refund for 3 days and not 4 they are trying to legally steal from people that’s called extortion!"

"The rooms are basic, but I've always felt comfortable. The owners are cool with me. Prices are a little high and you shouldn't expect much for what you pay for. I am pleased with having a mini fridge and a microwave. Options of 1 king or 2 queen beds. Bathrooms are dated, but some have nice shower heads. Toilets need more flushing power. Linens are clean, but getting fresh towels can be a hassle. It can be noisy in the rooms from outside noise (recent construction, power washing, connecting door between rooms, etc). Overall I feel ok staying here, and have no major complaints."
