"I took a late flight in upon entering my room. It had a strange odor. I opened the window immediately to try and air the room out. Afterward, I decided to go take a shower. Once I entered the bathroom, I was walking towards the toilet, and I felt the floor Creek underneath me. As well as shift. It appears that the tiles are in dire need of repair as the grout is broken or missing between tiles, and some tiles were cracked. The shower was stuck. I was unable to get the showerhead to turn on. I had to use a lot of force to get this to work after being stuck in an airport for 7 hours. You would think being able to take a shower and lay down would be the easiest things you could do. However, it was not, and this was disappointing. The location of the hotel also isn't convenient towards getting around town and experiencing things as it's in the southwest corridor of the city. It was close to my job site, which was the only benefit."

"Everything here is really nice. The only issue I have is the lighting in the room the lighting isn't bright enough to light the room and the area where the desk is is dim even with the lamp and small light above it. I would recommend they add a brighter light than the one they use even when all lights are turned on the room still isn't very well lit."

"As an ambassador elite member I am really disappointed in my stay at this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. First off I wasn't even recognized as a member. The room had pieces of trash within the beds, couch, and other areas in the room. The beds felt like a board and really uncomfortable. Half the time I walked by the front desk noone was there. I waited over 10 minutes before being recognized by the bistro. The walls are thin so you hear everything in other rooms. Would not recommend this hotel at all. 2 stars cause they were at least up front with everything being out of order."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean enough, however not as clean as I think should have been. Found a bottle cap under the dresser, tub had a couple of short hairs at the bottom, and upon pulling back the bedcovers there was debris and hair in the sheets. As we only stayed one night, I didn't report or raise a fuss, but was overall disappointed in the cleanliness as compared to other stays I've had at other locations."

"Had a great stay at here. The staff did a phenomenal job taking care of everything. The room had a balcony view over the inner courtyard and pool. The gym was actually spacious and had enough gear to get a good workout in. Highly recommend this location."
