"I love Dr. Rosenstock. His office staff is terrible. Trying to get a prescription refill is next to impossible. It will take several phone calls. The first few will not even garner a response. And then when you do get a response, your prescription will be wrong. Necessitating another phone call. You will never get an apology. And you will never get an explanation. This is been going on for years.I called in my prescription on Thursday. Then again on Friday. Now it is the weekend and I am out of my prescription and I can’t get a refill. Ergo this will take me at least a week to get a prescription filled. Again."

"Stay Away! He is an intelligent person, but a person of very poor character. I was seriously misdiagnosed by him, which happens and is understandable (I myself am a physician). But he was unwilling to consider alternative diagnostic possibilities that were presented at the time and quickly dismissed, was overly confident/arrogant- showing off his name referenced in the psych manual in order to establish intellectual authority, and prescribed me with the same medication that he was also acting on behalf of as a speaker/representative (conflict of interest). Really just not a good guy. Worst of all, he would never acknowledge his error (which happened to have been pretty serious if not dangerous) or even return a phone call."

"I met Dr. Rosenstock in 1970 when I was 14. He traveled to Lake Jackson (about 50 miles) to see patients there once a week. My family was referred to Dr. Rosenstock by my Pediatrician, Oscar Johnson, upon my request. When I was old enough, I drove to Houston to see him at his office. Dr. Rosenstock is a compassionate, sensitive and gentle man, who helped me immensely. Not only did he prescribe much needed medication, he provided individual, group and family psychotherapy. I needed it all. Because of his help, I made it through High School, a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree, going on to help many people myself.
