"Customer service from front desk staff is not up to par and they dont pick up the phone. Upon arriving my provider had already gotten my child's scan approved through insurance. These people tried to charge me $460 and had VERY nasty attitudes about the whole situation."

"I called to possibly make an appointment for my daughter at 12:45pm. I faxed over the order and was instructed to wait for a call back. Unfortunately, two hours later I was contacted by the Florida location and not the Houston. I wasn't contacted by this location until 330pm and did not speak to someone until 4pm. I was then told they could not see my child and was offered to drive to thier other location which is across town at almost 5pm, when every other image office was closing. Better communication and pre-apppintment/pre-approval questions and procedures are needed. Customers should not have to find out at the last possible moment they can't be seen at your location."

"Henry and Maria were excpetional they really went above and beyond by doing everything they can to get a copy of my referral for me after leaving it at home and traveling 40 minutes to their office. I would recommend anyone to go to this imaging office. Mr. Henry even showed me an amazing cafeteria to eat at while i waiting. I'm very pleased"

"I had a very wonderful experience here getting an MRI done! The center operations manager Maria was very kind and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff when I was late due to traffic. They did a great job getting me through the whole process and making sure that I was well taken care of in a timely fashion. While I did not get their names, the lab technician and the nurse on duty to do the IV were very professional, supportive and calming. They made the MRI part of the experience very easy. I would definitely recommend this location if you need to get an MRI done! Attached is a picture of the entrance to their suite once you go through the main doors to the building."

"I was referred to the American Health Imaging facility at 2616 S loop West, Suite 170A Houston TX 77054 by my PCP. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Ms. Maria Parada. My appointment had not been notated from the previous day and they have no availability for me. This facility is about 1 hour away from home and I quickly became discouraged. Instead of turning me away or rescheduling me, Ms. Parada stated that they would try their best to work me into a morning that was completely booked - and she did just that. Once I gotten to the back, the technician amazed me with her customer service as well. This staff is compromised of ladies who understand the value of customer service and going above and beyond job descriptions. I am so grateful for the respect I was shown during my visit. I would highly recommend this location to ANYONE! I am highly impressed with Everyone from the front office to the examination rooms and how they handle themselves with grace, tenacity, and elegance."
