Very unprofessional. I’d give a three year old a feather duster before letting this “company” touch my house."

"We had talk to them about coming out to clean our air ducts. We had a scheduled time on a Saturday at 12:30. The gentleman called and said he was having truck issues and would be late. We did not hear back from him. I called him about 4 o’clock and he didn’t answer he said that his truck issues were bigger than he thought. We rescheduled for him to come on Sunday at 1 PM per his offer. He did not show up on Sunday. We called him at 1:20 and sent a text message. There was no response to either. We could not leave a voice message because his mailbox was full. Again at 2 o’clock I called and sent another text message. Still no reply do not recommend we do not recommend him based on his lack of communication."

"These guys were great! The other company was going to charge double and install the dryer vent on the roof which was not the ideal way to go. They said that was the ONLY way. ADC worked hard getting the vent installed in our crawlspace with very little room to work. They were friendly, professional, responsive and on time.
