"Would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment for 9:10am and show up at 9am to check in. No one else is in the lobby and the screen says 0 people served and 1 person checked in (me). Twenty minutes go by and another gentleman walks in. He has no appointment and is confused how to use the check in kiosk and so I help him to. He does not have an appointment and it gives him a time of 9:45a. At 9:30a the nurse comes out and calls for that gentleman. I ask why have I not been called and she states “they are busy and to wait my turn.” The time goes to 9:43a and I have still yet to be called back despite another person going in front of me. At this point I’m ready to leave but I let the staff know how unprofessional the service is and I’m told “I just had to wait my turn” despite walk ins going before me and I being the first there! Will NEVER go back to this location. Terrible terrible service and the phlebotomist had to poke around in my vein."

"My appoint was at 10:40, I was done by 10:48. Super friendly staff. She only stuck me once. You do have to pay for parking since it’s inside MH. It’s located on the 7th floor of medical plaza 1."

"My doctor sent me for a blood test and said I did not need an appointment. I arrived at 12:15. Posted lunch hours are between 12:30 and 1:00. Despite the time, a young lady told me that they didn't work for my doctor, they were at lunch and I needed to make an appointment. I went back down to my doctor and they confirmed that I did not need an appointment and sent me to another lab. You can see from Quests' low 2.8 rating that I am not alone. Don't waste your time. Find another lab that will treat you professionally."

"They have a kiosk in the front for check in, there is no receptionist. I had my blood drawn.. This is how I look two days later! I literally had my blood drawn many times and it never looked this bad or hurt when it was done. They aren’t too friendly, what’s your name and dob, payment and done."

"Take my wife to anual bloodwork , my insurance cover 100% . The person working on May 05 , 2022 Did not know What see doing and asking us to pay 95 dollars. We canceled appointments. I think she is new employee and did not have knowledge to do her job. Quest have to make sure the quality of service ."
