"Saw Dr. Ghobashy for my ultrasound and she was very helpful in understanding the results of my ultrasound and as to why I was having the issues I was having."
"I was treated very poorly by the manager and the doctor who reviewed my ultrasound. I was given a referral to go for a diagnostic mammogram (I have been told to go every 6 months).. however, my new gynecologist I guess didn’t hear me when I said I just went 4 months prior. When I showed up for my appointment the manager called me back to her office and questioned why I was getting a mammogram when I just had one 4 months prior…I explained my gynecologist felt lumps and swollen lymph node in armpit and maybe didn’t hear me when I said I had one recently. She left and spoke with a technician then came back and said we will only do an ultrasound. (Which was fine by me) .. after the ultrasound the doctor came in (I was told I could ask her questions) and said “why are you here” shocked I then had to repeat the same thing as I explained to her office manager.. I then tried to ask her about a swollen lymph node that was in my armpit because it’s been swollen and painful for several months .. she replied something along the lines that it’s “working hard” like she didn’t want to say it was swollen … then she was like what else .. I was like I have a painful spot over here .. she rudely puts the wand over my breast and was like I don’t feel it /see it .. I was like ok let’s just stop .. I don’t have any questions. And then she walked out .. it’s awkward enough to have to go and have these procedures done but then on top of it be treated rudely while laying with your breast exposed is too much.. I will definitely NOT be back. I have had several mammograms in much more professional environments."
"Went to schedule an appointment for a mammogram, took off of work to go and checked my appointment to make sure everything was correct. I couldn’t find my appointment. Then checked the canceled appointments tab and there it was. No notification at all. No email, no text. Went to make another appointment and nothing available until 2 weeks from now. Called the hospital to see what was going on. I scheduled with the Red oak location, but a receptionist from the Willowbrook location answered. I was confused because I didn’t choose that location so why would they answer? After giving her my information, she said she couldn’t find me in the system and kept asking me my name and DOB which means she wasn’t listening to me. She transferred me to another line. Who it was for I don’t know because she was mumbling. The other line never answered and I was sent to voicemail. I’m gonna take this as a sign to not go here and look elsewhere. Patient service is deplorable from the beginning. Ugh"
"I needed records from previous mammograms. I spoke with two ladies, Debbie who ordered them and Raquel who confirmed that they were ready. These ladies could not have nicer or more professional. They showed that they cared and went out of their way to help me. I wish that we could bottle whatever they have and sprinkle on everyone who talks to customers, clients and patients. Well done ladies! You are a credit to Tops."
