"I had scheduled an appointment over the phone, which turned out to be the first indication that I should have chosen another facility. Initially, I was informed by a representative that my insurance was not accepted. However, after verifying with my insurance provider, it was confirmed that this was not the case. Moreover, during interactions with the MRI billing representative, there was a lack of professionalism, and the representative repeatedly misstated the procedure despite my attempts to correct her. On the day of my appointment, scheduled for Friday, January 19th, 2024, at 1:00, I was instructed to arrive an hour early. Upon arrival, I was given an iodine-based solution to drink, which I later discovered I was not supposed to consume. After 15 minutes, another staff member informed me of the error and assured me that I did not need to continue drinking it. Subsequently, I waited for 45 minutes before requesting to speak with the office manager, with whom I shared my frustrations. Despite expressing my disappointment, I was only offered a gas card as compensation for my time, which I declined, as I believe the staff should be adequately trained and processes should be improved for better communication and efficiency. Overall, my experience at this location was unsatisfactory, and I hope that this feedback will be used constructively for future improvements."

"This place did an MRI on my knee April on 2022 I paid what they said was my portion well 21 months later I get a bill for 31.77 I kid you not 21 months it took for a bill to be generated and they expect me to pay I think not and then told me the only way to write it off is to cancel what my insurance paid and have me pay self pay of over 400 bucks I mean do they think I’m stupid I think not do the right thing here. Let me what your thought are to this would you pay or not"

"I cant say enough kind words about the staff at this location. If you have any anxiety surrounding doctors or doctors offices this location is perfect for you. The front desk ladies (shout out Daize, Lainne, and Jocelyn) are so kind and very informative. They reassured me of all my worries and made me feel seen and heard. The medical staff here also was very kind and helped me through all of my anxiety and worries. Even though we hope to never need an MRI or xray, if I ever need another in the future I will be sure to return to this location. 10/10."

"Very clean and well-kept place staffed with medical professionals who provide excellent service. I've taken my wife there a few times for different procedures, and I've never had to wait there too long. They would let me be with her if needed to help her feel comfortable, and they were always good with her."
