"All the people working there were very nice and professional. However my experience rating of only 3 stars is because their patient portal program is really screwed up. I completely filled out the patient documents 4 times in the days before the appointment. However only to be notified again and again there was "attention" needed on them. Each time simple things like my insurance company would be unchecked, yet it still had my insurance I.D. inserted?? I had to continually correct these really irritating errors. And I bet I got notified by email and texts of the coming appointment 20 times in 3 days. This is an error in who ever is managing there patient portal. What a complete pain the as."

"I was asked to be there 15 minutes before my appointment, which I was. I checked in and waited for 1:15 before going back for my 3 minute scan. I’m sorry, but my time is just as valuable as theirs and I do not like having to wait that long. There should be no reason for that. That is why we set appointments. I understand a little wait is normal but not that much. However, the technician was very nice and did her job very quickly. They either overbook or are short handed on employees."
