Ann's Hallmark Shop

"went in with my husband, was never greeted and never asked if we needed help. when we found our items and went to the register the customer before me got all kinds of help and what seemed to be a manager said to the cashier give this lady 5 dollars off. speaking about the woman in front of me. when it was my turn I asked about the 20% off and was told it is only on-line and you would have to order the items and pick up from this store. I asked about how to do that never got any help. I ended up only buying one of my 6 items and left. I was the only person of color in that store. The ladies were not wanting to help me and was so unprofessional. I will call the local news about how I was treated !"

"This store, Florence Square, Florence, KY has several employees at different times. When you go in, you never know what to expect as far as attitudes. Some are very rude and do not have customer service skills and others are very helpful. This situation makes it hard to enjoy doing business there. They also don't seem to have product that other hallmark stores have and low on product and cards."

"Wife and I walked in to look at the new ornaments. Most was on display but not all of them were on the shelf. Young lady was putting some on the shelf. But she didn't great us or anything. Just said in a rude way "They're not for sale yet". My wife simply explained that "we saw them online and just wanted to look at them." She didn't have to be like that. We wasn't ready to buy any anyway. We enjoy just looking at them. We usually go to the one in the mall but decided to go in Ann's. I think we'll stick with the mall. They are nicer. And we buy from them anyway. Not going to Ann's anymore. I have worked in retail for many years. That's not good customer service. I don't care who's name is on the building."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was overcharged. The cashier rang up the highest card I purchased 2 times and did not correct it. I brought it to her attention and she said she would credit my card the 5.99. It still has not credited. I have $15.00 reward coming because I use to shop there so often. Once I get my reward, I will go and use it there, but then not return because I feel I was cheated."
