H&R Block

"I dropped my tax info off in February and they just finished and filed my taxes yesterday August 19th!! I couldn’t file for the ppp because I didn’t have a tax return. They did not return phone calls after we left several messages. We have been with them for 20 years and never had a problem. We will not be going there anymore. I’m very disappointed with them."

"Will never use HR block again. Spent 6 min in the beechmont HR block finding out I didn’t have what I need to file. The woman insisted on keeping my W2. My husband had to pick up his W2 to go get his ID that was needed to file because it expired and they charged us 20$ to pick it up. In addition to the fees we were going to get for service when we returned. I guess their agents make hundreds of dollars and hour for us to have to pay to pick up something that belongs to us after six minutes of literally no productive conversation. I was planning on him coming back to HR with his ID but out of principle we will file elsewhere. Complete garbage. Especially since the fees for filing were close to 400$ I may have understood a very tiny amount had I said to them... we aren’t filing with you and need to come get out stuff... but no I said we need it to get the ID you said we had to have..and considering anyone and their grandma can be trained to work here I can’t imagine this woman’s 6 minutes being so valuable in an empty location that she gets paid 20$ for 6 minutes."
