"This is the worst jackson hewitt I've ever been to! On more than one occasion I've been told they were open till a certain time only to arrive and they already be gone! If I arrive 30 to 45 mins before the alleged closing time and all I need is to sign my name on a document then i expect the establishment to actually be open till the time they are supposed to be! But here I sit AGAIN 35 to 40 mins before close and yet nobody is here!!!!! I drove 35 mins AGAIN for absolutely no reason!!!!! I sure wish my employer allowed for us to just bounce out whenever we felt we wanted to!!!!!!!! I will NEVER be back to this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!"
