"Angry about my experience here. I simply needed to drop off a specimen. I didn’t need a blood draw, no attention, just DROP OFF an item. The line was out the door when we arrived at 9:00AM. I put my name in the line and I was told to come back at 10:00AM. A whole hour later. I did that, and saw my name on the screen under two other people when I came back at 10:00am. I waited another 40 MINUTES before I asked a nurse tech who came out to get another patient why I hadn’t been called yet. She said they had called my name and no one responded. This is not possible because I was THERE THE ENTIRE TIME. They said they’d go back and check. The next tech that came out asked for me and so I went up and she took my specimen at the door and said thank you and I could leave now. I NEVER SAW A DOCTOR and NEVER WENT PAST THE DOOR. I waited almost two hours to just hand off a specimen to someone and they lost track of my name. Because they never called it. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend this group to anyone. Go to another lab. Do not go to Quest."

"Lab technician that took care of my husband was very cordial, caring, patient, professional. She was hygienic by cleaning both her work and patient areas with disinfectant wipes. Most especially when she opens the door she greets every one inside the waiting room with smiles, that goes a long way no matter how busy. I wish her all the best."

"Feedback solely for this location. Early hours were very convenient. Appointment setting and checking in was efficient. Make sure to set an appointment online. I needed blood work and selected “other” for visit reason. Mine happen to be early Friday morning, 7:30am. You’ll need your ID at the checkin kiosk. Medical professional was efficient, professional, and drew my blood right away with no problem. Waiting area pretty chilly, glad I had on a jacket. Waiting area also not the nicest looking, but area beyond the waiting room looked very well kept and clean. Was pleasantly surprised with experience given the poor reviews. "Staff were super friendly to my wife and I, and their service and waiting time was extremely quick as well. We were in and out in less than 15-20 minutes max. Overall, we had a great experience here for our first visit doing blood work for our son!"

"Due to a mix up that was totally my fault, I ended up here on a Sat. morning as a walk in. The place was absolutely packed. After I checked in and settled in for a long wait, I noticed the cheerful, helpful attitude of the staff as they came out into the waiting room. Very upbeat and pleasant. I only had to wait about 40 minutes before being taken back. Shay Thompson took care of me. She was super professional, got all 5 tubes of blood on the first stick. It took less than 10 minutes. Great service, happy customer. Will be back."
