"The worst possible experience. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance for our 25th wedding anniversary and they call me the day before and cancelled my stay. Now we are scrambling trying to find a room. Will never use this hotel. They didn’t even offer a free voucher or anything. Horrible customer service. Now they are making me wait 10-15 business days until they even refund my money. I will never stay or recommend Expedia or this hotel to anyone. They completely ruined our anniversary and none of the people at Expedia or the hotel even cared or did anything about it."

"Our room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast wasn't great, so we went to a restaurant, but we had a great stay. Would definitely come ba k when we are in the area."

"I booked a room at this hotel, though Priceline WITHOUT, reading the reviews. BIG MISTAKE!!!! My husband and I were in town for one night to attend a Celebration of life for a dear friend who we recently lost. Upon checking in and entering the room we thought that it was going to be a good experience. Unfortunately it quickly turned disappointing. The bathroom tub was atrocious...rust around the hardware and tub itself. Looked like mold around the handicap bar. The tub base looks like it had a horrible paint " makeover"! My husband attempted to regulate the heating system...unsuccessfully!!! And lastly, the breakfast was less than desirable, to say the least. On a good note, the breakfast area staff member was extremely polite and helpful when leftover pancake batter was like water, she was kind enough to make more, just for me. Overall, I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. It looks like from previous reviews, this hotel survives from people who, like me, don't read the reviews and fall victim to a truly horrible lodging experience!!!"

"This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked a Jacuzzi suite for my husband's birthday. When we check in the guy at the desk said the people in the room the night before "made a big mess" and that the carpet was a little damp. He said this was the only Jacuzzi room they had available. We accept the room and quickly realize a little damp was a gross understatement. The carpet all around the Jacuzzi and stretching all the way over to the bed was soaking wet. This was at 1pm and we had plans that day so we put our stuff down and left. When we returned around 9pm the smell of mildew was so strong we could smell it before we opened the door. I went to the desk and told the employee and he said he wanted to see the room. When he came to the room he said he only got a faint whiff of something but he wasn't sure what it was coming from. He felt the carpet and told us it's because when you get out of the Jacuzzi the carpet gets wet and it's normal. I asked for a new room. He advised me there were no other Jacuzzi rooms or rooms with a king size bed. He takes us to a different room and told us this room was recently renovated and much nicer than the first room, which was supposed to be a suite. Both rooms were dirty. The Jacuzzi suite was disgusting. The wall was all rotted away around the Jacuzzi. It was apparent there has been lots of water spilled there with no attempt to fix it. There were holes in the wall and ceiling of the bathroom. The second room had cigarette burns in the bedding. The shower had a complicated way to turn on. I attempted to call the front desk to ask how it works and realized the phone in the room was just for decoration apparently because there were no cords connecting it to anything. This is when I had enough. What if there was an emergency and we didn't have cell phones? Are you that lazy that you think you can get away with just sticking a phone in there that didn't function at all. I took the phone to the desk with me and let the employee (same one from the night before) know it was just sitting on the side table not connected to anything he just took it from me with no response. When I asked about the shower he was trying to explain how it worked but just kept telling us to read the directions on the wall in the shower. The customers behind us had to explain how to work the shower and they said they had to read the directions to understand. When I went back to the room I verified that there were no instructions in our bathroom. I will be reaching out to comfort suites corporate to let them know about this experience. This seems to be a franchise location and I don't know how they will feel about this place representing their business. Save yourself the time and money, look at my pictures and find a different place to stay!!!!"

"My family had a horrible experience. First of all we were placed on the third floor (which is completely fine) however, when we got up there most of the floor was under construction and smelled like construction supplies which messed with my asthma. Then we realized the ac in the room didn't work and the room was HOT my husband asked for a new room and we were told they were booked (yet you could go online and still book a room for the night) the bed sheets had holes in them and I would wake up with bugs on my blanket every morning. The pull out sofa was more comfortable than the actual beds. The breakfast was horrible as well. We will never stay here again."
