"On January 16 I had an appointment and I get a massage in the morning not to forget check in when I get there I came there and it was closed because they did not have a heater and no one cancelled the appointment so I made new one on next day when I came to the clinic it was closed again. I had to skip my job to come there and for some reason no one let me know that they will be closed. I think that's disrespectful to the clients that leave work to come to your clinic to only find out that you are closed. Do Better."

"My almost one year old had to have blood drawn. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning and was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. EVERYONE was very friendly, very caring and VERY patient. The waiting room was packed, I know they are super busy but even in the middle of it all, they did wonderful. Not sure if these ladies realize but they really are trying and it shows! Thank you for being nice."
