"I have been in twice recently as this use to be the premier vape shop in NB years ago. Sadly I won't be back. First time I went in on Black Friday, got a kit and what I was told was a matching pod for the device I bought with it. Kept the extra pod put away, went to use it on Dec 17th and found out the pod was incompatable with the device I bought. I took in the device, pod that came with it, and the incorrect pod just to be told that an exchange won't be honored in any way shape or form to get the proper tank even tho it was unused, never even touched by a coil or liquid. Bought 2 more pnp coils (for almost $6 per + tax and only sold individually) and a 2 pk of tanks (for some reason also sold individually even though packaged together) for the same price. Got charged full price for the correct items with no attempt to recognize or correct the mistake even though it was the same, older gentleman both times. Even a "my bad" would have been nice. Lesson learned. 02-21-2024 UPDATE: I have emailed them several times to recieve the swap or refund offered to correct original mistake. Absolutely no response from them. I've check my spam and every other option for my inbox. It appears they are only interested in replying to negative reviews not to actually fix anything."

"Old guy working there was clearly clueless. I picked a brand and flavor and asked if he had it in 3mg nicotine. He says yes. Then he grabs a similar bottle with 0mg nicotine, breaks the seal on it to open it and starts squeezing his own tube of nicotine into it. Sketchy as hell so I just walked out. Won't be back."
