"By far one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever witnessed. My wife came in on 12.05.23 to get a CT scan per Dr. orders. When going through the process, they asked her for all of the information so that they could fax the CT scan to her doctor. After getting all the information and proceeding with the scan and then her having to pay for the process, we both thought everything was good and we were excited to get our results! Three days later on 12.08.23, My wife goes to her scheduled doctors appointment because the Mason imagery people told her that it would take between 24 and 48 hours for them to send over the scans. Come to find out they never sent over anything and they never even tried to contact my wife nor her doctor. The disappointing part of this is that she still had to pay for that specific doctors appointment even though Mason imagery had never sent anything over. Her appointment was towards the afternoon and when she tried to call Mason imagery no one answered. She then called them today, Monday, December 11, 2023 and was informed by Mason imagery that they had lost the information that she had given them for her doctor and that they never faxed anything over. They never even tried to contact her nor tried to contact her doctor or figure anything out, they just waited until she called them. Instead of taking the contact information of her doctor over the phone while she was with them today, they made her text them the contact information so that they could fax it over within the next 24 to 48 hours. This is extremely unprofessional and I’ve never seen something like this before. If I could tell every single person about this place, the only thing I would tell them is to stay clear away from it even though they do offer good service the follow up is the disappointing part and that’s the part that is the most important. 10 out of 10 would never recommend to anyone!"
