"Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was referred to them by the VA because I’m super claustrophobic. When I called to schedule, the receptionist assured me I would be able to see out the sides and the ceiling. When I arrived I saw the machine and it looked like a giant hamburger bun. I was reluctant and said “ I’m not going in that am I? I thought it was an open MRI. The gentleman explained to me that it is an open MRI that the sides are open. So I went through with it got on the table. The sides of my head had to be secured and a plastic thing to go over my neck. Which made me even more anxious he told me to just keep my eyes closed, and if I needed a sheet to go over my eyes, he would provide that, but that made me more anxious. He said I’ll see the shadow going over my eyes but just to keep my eyes closed. This was awful for me. I called back on Monday to ask why did she say I could see the ceiling if I couldn’t . She kept arguing and saying that I could see the ceiling. But why would the tech told me to keep my eyes closed if I could. And why wouldn’t he tell me that I would be able to see out of the machine if I could. The receptionist kept cutting me off and arguing with me said I did not go to their facility when I did. She kept raising her voice and interrupting me, said I did not understand her when it was her that was not understanding me. In the end, she hung up the phone in me . Not one time did I get loud? I let her finished ranting several times yet she did not do the same for me. The professionalism and customer service was beyond horrible. I will never go here again and I plan on letting the VA know so they do not recommend others there, the receptionist also explained to me that she is a 70 year old woman, and she does not raise her voice !!"
"I had 2 studies done at one visit. One was great the other unusable do to quality. I also paid two copays. My insurance only assessed one. It's been almost a year and I fully believe they had no intention of refunding the $100 I over paid. I have now contacted them 3 times in the last month about getting it refunded. First time I left a message she said she wasn't in the office but would call me that afternoon and deal with it. No call came. The following week I walked in with a bank statement showing the payment and my eob I was told it would be done the next day. I just left a message for the third and last time. If not refunded this week I am filing small claims so they can pay court costs too I guess. Update: it has been a week still no call and no refund. So I will be filing small claims court tomorrow for the $100 and court costs. Too bad they didn't just do what they were supposed to 11 months ago when my insurance paid. Update #2. After my first call where Connie said she would call back but didn't so I had to call again she said she'd look into and call back. No call so 2 weeks later I went in with a bank statement and EOB. She wasn't there but told the girl behind the desk they would send the refund the next day. Well no refund so I called and informed them I was filing in small claims court and the 100 was going to cost them 267 because I was going to file court cost. Today suddenly they are mailing me a check this Friday. When I said it had a week to arrive or I am filing I was apparently abusing her. Mind you she clearly hasn't been doing her job our the account wouldn't have taken a full year to recononsile. The refund should have been automatic after the insurance processed. Connie is incompetent."
"Everything was great the day I had the MRI done, they Said I will have the report in couple of days...one week later no report, I stopped by to ask about it the day I needed it they said they will send it to the doctor right away and when I get to the doctor no report. The doctor call them and then they told that the radiologist didn’t even wrote it. So disappointed! Don’t waste your time and money ( because I suppose they will ask insurance for money)go elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this place."
"I was sent here by my lawyer for a case , staff was extremely nice , understand , caring . I felt so comfortable, they were so patient with me as I was having anxiety being in the machine for two sessions of 30 minutes each . Thank you . Thank you !"
