"Dr. Luo has basically put me back together and continues to give me back my life. He is a great pain management physician because he listens, discuss the issues with you, and then together you both make a plan. He has patience, answers all of your questions, replies to all messages on the patient portal, thorough, does not rush you in/out of your appointment, wait time is rarely long (for me longest was 10 minutes), he makes sure you understand the issues at hand, and once your plan has been established, Dr. Luo and his nurse makes sure you understand the procedure and/or whichever plan you have agreed upon. There are several locations to choose from and the staff are great at every location. It's nice to walk into any location were they all remember and greet you with a smile by name. "Dr. Luo is extremely professional and very knowledgeable at his profession. I have been under pain management for over 13 years and I just finished my third back surgery having metal implants in my back which unfortunately did not go very well. With my increased pain since the surgery and new problems he is extremely helpful and helping me try to find a solution to these issues.
