"It is so sad for this company to schedule an appointment I have been trying to schedule an appointment I call the number at least for 3 days I waited on the phone for at least 30 minutes got frustrated and hung up then today I called and waited 15 minutes before I hung up why have a phone and not answer now are they that busy to answer and schedule an appointment for you or the company doesn't have enough humans to answer phones"

"I had a scheduled appointment for a steroid injection under x-ray. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and respectful. The wait time was under 5 minutes, and the procedure went great. The doctor explained everything thoroughly before and as he was doing it. The facility is extremely clean and in a convenient location. They had a steady stream of people coming in, but they were moving along pretty quickly. It is a large facility and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. I recommend making an appointment. That seemed to work well."

"Just the worst experience ever. I am covid positive and was sent to a STRIC facility for chest xrays to ensure I do not have any lung complications as a result of covid and concern due family history of blood clots. Instead of STRIC having the professionalism to inform doctors and their offices that they will not perform services on patients who test covid positive, the patient gets to stand in the waiting area/lobby (in front of other patients) and advocate for themselves after repeating consistently that I was covid positive, how many tests I took, when I took them, if I've been vaccinated. By the time I left I felt less than human, unworthy of medical care and treatment. Thank God for Baptist Imaging! Not only did they have protocols in place for patients who test covid positive, they were considerate and thoughtful. Over the phone registration from my car, and a side entrance/exit to use instead walking directly through the lobby/waiting area. TAKE NOTE STRIC - this is how you treat scared patients who are just trying to get better. Shameful"

"Had an unpleasant experience with the lady at the check-in desk. I originally wrote a review about that situation and then called the office manager. She wasn't available at the moment but took my number and within a few minutes called me back. I explained the rudeness at the desk and she took exceptional notes. She apologized, many times, and assured me that is not how they expect patients to be handled. She was warm and caring and super helpful.. 4 stars for her and her service . It seems the one person who was not so kind is the exception to the rule. Thanks again, Sylvia, for your kind words and understanding."
