"I encountered an employee by the name Alfredo if that’s even his name. He was rude, poor customer service, arrogant and he didn’t even tell me his name. I had to ask someone to find out what his name was. He never washed his hands. His customer service was non existent. I had to wait over an hour to get help. Every customer who overheard what was happening couldn’t believe he was behaving in that manner. Please choose another location. You have been warned."

"I had mad an appointment online as you can not speak with anyone personally within this company. I arrive for my 11:10 appt early and waiting as instructed, I was then told I could not test because they do not do drug screenings after 11:00. Nowhere on their portal does it specify this fact. I was then told to wait until Monday as I’d I don’t need to report to work. The person who does these screenings was in fact still there and they had me waiting until 11:20 before informing me of this. Not happy!"

"If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I came in at 1 pm for a walk in when i had been here at 11 am earlier and waited for over 2 hrs. There was a guy named Craig who was waiting with me at the same time and he stepped out to take a call they called his name when he stepped out he came back in and they said he was removed from list that he needed to sign back in all over again. Place is a joke. Every employer needs to find a new drug screening place."

"Veronica was my tech and did a quick and painless blood withdrawal. I got at the facility at 8 am expecting to be on standby. got lucky and got a 10:30 appointment. Standby means you may or may not be seen. And on Saturday only a few labs are open. Thank you Quest for being open on Saturday and finding time to take care of my doctor's request. Thank you Veronica for being welling to work on Saturday. I am so grateful. Good luck to all of you on standbys."

"I arrived at 9am without an appoitment for a drug screening and joined the standby list. After waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes they called my name, saw that I was there for a drug screening and then informed they don’t do drug screenings after 11:00am on Saturdays. Nowhere does it say this and in fact they’re sign contradicts this and says they do drug screenings until noon. When I asked the staff about it they were abrasive and dismissive. Repeating the same thing over and over again, that they can’t do it after 11:00 despite there sign saying 12:00."
