"I’m not very impressed with the store at all. I had a problem with my vape device after I had bought it I was initially happy up until two days ago when I noticed that my vape device was giving me a message Atomizer short so I then called the vape store to try to find out what was going on and they asked me when I bought it and I said it was on Saturday and she said well your already passed one day you can’t exchange it or get your money back I wasn’t even asking for my money back I was asking for help and she pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and I said what am I gonna do and she said I don’t know so I hung up the phone and had to go into Google to re-search and try to find out what was going on as it turns out it was my coil but I haven’t vaped in years so I forgot about that but she could’ve been way more helpful The second thing is this vape store didn’t even have tobacco flavors not a single one. I had to go across town just to get some vape juice because I wanted a strong tobacco flavor. I don’t really do the fruity flavors. I can understand that most employees at a vape store don’t know about the devices, but this particular message is standard on every single vape device. That basically means there’s a problem with the circuitry or there’s a problem with the coil but instead of trying to help me investigate it they did nothing to help me that day. it seems that the lady that answered the phone all she wanted to do was get me off the phone. I have the vape device checked out and the vape device is working just like it supposed to be but if you don’t know very much about vape devices you really should have somebody else with you to help train you. You shouldn’t be alone if you don’t know very much about vape devices. I for one am very knowledgeable about vape. Devices only thing I don’t know I was about certain mods and stuff but that’s easy to learn but I definitely try to help as many people as I can on a daily basis so I don’t understand how somebody at a vape store didn’t even know about this particular message, that said Atomizer short after I went on Google, it told me to take the coil out and everything and put it back in and after I did that it said no Atomizer so after that, I had to go and do research on Google, and that’s when I found out that it was probably my coil and as soon as I looked at the coil, I could see that it was burnt out so it was a unfortunate experience. It took me almost 3 hours to try to figure out what was going on when she could’ve helped me if she would’ve known about this information, I was not trying to get my money back. But she just assumed that I was wanting my money back"
